Owner, Crystal Wilson, was born and raised in Baton Rouge, LA and attended Southern University A&M College, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics/Food Science.
Ms. Wilson has worked as Food Quality Control Manager for several large and small companies including Piccadilly Restaurants, Chiquita Brands Foods, Chef John Folse Foods, and Manada Fine Meats.
She has been teaching ServSafe Food Safety since 2010, and has more than 10 years of experience in the food industry. She truly believes that food is one of the most important factors of life, and we must treat it as so.
